Home Truths: - This home allows up to 2 pets for a fee per pet, per stay; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet. - To enter the 5th bedroom, you'll need to walk through the 4th bedroom, and there's a bathroom and an open hallway between the two bedrooms. - The car parked outside belongs to the property and is for aesthetic purposes only. - Two trifolds with associated bedding have been provided. - The tub and sink in the master bathroom are located inside the master bedroom. - Due to the remote location of our home, guests may experience unannounced power outages. - Pool heat is not available at this home. - Spa heat is available and complimentary. - Exterior video surveillance and noise alert decibel monitoring systems are in place in common areas to ensure guest security and compliance with local laws. Please note that only the Ring camera by the front entry is currently operational; the others have been deactivated. - This home comes with a pack n play & highchair. - This home is located on a dirt road that can be a little bumpy. - Please note: The sauna is non-operational at this time. - Please note: Due to the distance from the house, the basketball court does not have lighting set up. - One of the things we love about the property is its peaceful setting. The last part of the drive is a rustic dirt road, accessible by any vehicle—simply drive slowly and you’ll be just fine. - To help everyone enjoy a peaceful stay and to remain in good standing with our neighbors, we observe quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please note that local county quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM, but we ask guests to start winding down a bit earlier. - The entire property is fully fenced. Parking Details: - Parking is available for a maximum of 6 cars. - *OHV & ATV Guidelines:* Planning to bring an ATV, dirt bike, or side-by-side? Please note that California does not allow OHVs to be ridden on public streets, sidewalks, or unpaved public rights-of-way. Use on private property also requires written owner permission. Please help us keep the neighborhood peaceful by riding only where permitted and being mindful of noise. Ask about local recommendations for where to ride. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit. We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
