As I've mentioned in my other comment (I had 2 stays), the place is quite a nice, elegant hotel (btw, I liked being given some juice at the entry).

As I've mentioned there, some repainting, cleaning the bathroom window (oh, btw, the door to the shower was broken, too, and so was the room phone) and changing the nightshades would do wonders for the experience.

The hotel is actually nicer than it looks in the pics presented at this site. The crew are all nicely dressed and try to be helpful. The room was nice, the colours of it are nice.

Please, please, change the dirty lampshades and clean the window in the bathroom. This shouldn't be difficult. Repainting the bits of the walls/ceiling that have the paint peeled off would be nice too. Because the room itself, again, is very nice, but those bits spoil the effect. الاستقبال وليس الأستقبال كما في لوحتكم فهو الاِسْتِقِْبَالُ وليس الأَسْتِقْبَالُ ولا نكتب همزة الوصل أيضا (ولذلك لا نكتب الإستقبال أيضا). أنا آسف على هذا التعليق ولكنني مدرس العربية وتحزنني الأخطاء الإملائية

Very kind reception, very helpful and good service. Located in the center and the bed was cozy. They were able to communicate in english.

The train nearby is a little bit loud and the shower could be working better.
