Hôtel Lou Juan

Excellent location, very comfortable bed, overall quite neat and tidy in the hotel facilities, nice balcony, nice decor and design, free beach towels to use with a beach umbrella, nice owners and staff quick to fulfill any request, good air conditioning

One chair in the room had a big stain (needs to be replaced), the white cushion on one of the chairs on the balcony was not clean and should be replaced, not a soundproofed room so it was very noisy when people would pass by in the corridors, when we arrived the drinking glasses had lipstick stains on them (we preferred to clean them ourselves with dish soap from the local supermarket as it was never properly cleaned-one of the 2 glasses was never replaced so we only had one for the rest of our stay). One of the towels was a bit worn, could be replaced with a new one that doesn’t have threads sticking out. No slippers available. Upon our arrival the minibar was not stocked (and was never stocked throughout our stay-remained empty). The bathroom was way too small, it was not possible to sit on the toilet normally while the bathroom door is closed. One must sit at an angle. The bathroom door lock did not work. The safe is not attached to the interior of the closet. Basically, can be carried away.

Great location - super close to the beach! Nice and modern rooms and friendly staff.

Shower wasn’t very clean - had pink mould building up around the edges and the sink in our bathroom was leaking

Reservé la habitación deluxe. De Deluxe no tenía nada. Solo un pequeño balcón. Era muy pequeña, especialmente el baño. Cuando te sentabas en el wc tocabas la pared con tus rodillas Pedí de cambiarme a una habitación regular que fuese más grande y por la diferencia de precio tener el desayuno gratis. No me fue concedido Las habitaciones regulares están en planta baja. La que me dieron a mi daba a la calle, así que no era bueno abrir la ventana por temas de seguridad e higiene, así que había mucho olor a humedad, y era muy oscura
