Great rooms, clean, with all the facilities you need. Super views if you are overlooking the water. Staff were very helpful.
The bar could be cleaner. The carpet looked like it had been in there since the place was built. Food quality wasn't at the level we would have expected.

Beautiful location right on the river and lovely room. Pool and spa were big bonuses.
Restaurant was pretty awful, including for breakfast - best to go elsewhere. Had to send back food for dietary requirements (which came out with the same problem again) and quite a long wait even when very quiet. That aside, the food was still not very good.

Very nice vibe and we got a free upgrade to a room with a waterfront and wrap around balcony. Awesome birdwatching from bedroom and balcony- eagles galore, cormorants etc.

The bar was good. The server was friendly and accommodating. It's a great location by the water, although we couldn't see it from where we were staying. The whale watching people were great, but I believe that's a separate company.
The shower was great, and the linen and towels were changed every day.
The restaurant was nothing special. Same menu as everywhere else in town. The whole resort feels run down and in need of maintenance and renovation. The main hotel building is lovely, but the rest are showing their age. Overall I feel it was overpriced for what we got.
