Hotel Subra Atrium

Viktor was very friendly and al staff unfortunately was raining and we could not use the swimming pool but was a nice stay

La struttura si trova a circa 2 km dal paese di Herceg Novi ed è molto vicino al mare. Accanto all'albergo c'è una bella pista ciclopedonale che consente una piacevole camminata fino al paese. C'è una piscina, ma è un pò piccola. Le dimensioni delle camere sono ampie, su due piani. Lo staff è veramente cortese e pronto a rispondere ad ogni esigenza. Per la pulizia, invece, si può fare un pò meglio. La colazione era ottima e molto varia. Diversa da quella tipica italiana, ma con ogni genere di cibo o bevanda, con novità ogni giorno (ci siamo rimasti 5 notti) e con grande abbondanza.

The room was spotless. The size of the rooms compared to the price was very nice. The breakfast was very good. It was a little problematic first thing in the morning because the group there felt they were the only people in the hotel. Their demands taxed the employees but they did a very good job working around them. The pool looked very good but I can’t really comment because I didn’t harbor tome to try it.

The spaciousness of the rooms was very nice while the cleanliness was super. I did have issue with two things associated with the stairs. The first being how they were finished. Thr stops appear to be some polished stone which I found slippery and dangerous for my wife and I to navigate. The addition of a continuous handrail on the right as you go up would alleviate some of the potential issues tha mar arise. The television and storage shelf below the staircase made a serious head injury potential. The parking in the front is completely unsatisfactory and dangerous. There is little to no space between you and vehicles flyining out of the tunnel.

Hotel récent (2025), bien équipé, avec des chambres spacieuses. "Spa" avec jacuzzi et sauna. Petit déjeuner varié et de bonne qualité. Accueil et personnel très sympa et chaleureux.

Très très proche de la route principale. Du coup en extérieur on entend beaucoup le bruit de la circulation. Pas gênant pour dormir, en tout cas pour la chambre "côté mer" qu'on avait. Couette de lit inadaptée / beaucoup trop petite (il faut choisir entre couvrir les pieds et les épaules !) et lorsque nous avons fait la remarque, on a juste pu avoir une couette une personne supplémentaire... D'ailleurs le grand lit 2 places est en fait un assemblage de deux lits simples, avec un "trou" au milieu du coup... Et les matelas à ressorts ne sont pas très au goût du jour ni très confortables. Odeurs d'égouts pas très agréables dans la salle de bain. Pommeau supérieur de la douche qui ne fonctionnait pas / fuyait sur le côté, non réglé lors de notre séjour malgré la demande. Enfin WiFi avec une mauvaise couverture.
