Very steep steps up to the first floor, not suitable for everyone.

The bedroom/sitting area was nice.
The stairs to the studio were VERY steep and not suitable for young children, elderly, or physically impaired people. There was a further set of very steep stairs within the studio itself compounding the problem. The entrance/outside of the building was dirty, unkempt and very off-putting.

"The property was well equipped and extremely comfortable, from the outside it does not look like much but once you enter into the apt it surprisingly modern and cosy."
