Fantastic location, a short and pleasant stroll to the beach and ferry. Plenty of great restaurants very close. Clean and simple accommodation.
Chap who came to meet us with keys was very helpful and friendly.
The sofa bed mattress was very thin. Accommodation was quite basic and rustic but pleasant enough and did not impede our enjoyment. Bathroom was a bit tired.
Wasn’t very obvious where the property was on the street, had to ring the host and wait ten minutes for them to come and let us in.

Location. Quiet side street. Plenty of room. Has a washer. Great water pressure so family finally had decent showers.
No AC but it was ok with window slightly opened and ceiling fan on. We were there in May so not sure how hot it would be June to August.

OK for a few nights
Just basic accommodations. But in cool historical medieval building in great convenient neighborhood. But transparent window coverings mean bedroom overlooking street is quite bright. Furnishings and lighting substandard. Very tiny bath with just a jug of hand soap and little bottles of shampoo. Almost like place some colllege kid sort of fixed up in hopes of making a little money. Pricey for what you get. Never saw owner. Getting instructions for checkin took multiple tries . Instructions for locking door, adjusting hot water heater would be helpful.

"Posizione super comoda e centrale. Casa ampia e con tutto il necessario, pulita, letto abbastanza comodo. Arredamento datato ma comunque funzionale."
