Everything! The front desk girls were amazing! They were hands down the best in any place we’ve stayed at! They were so helpful with booking us taxis, recommending places to visit and food to eat. It was my husbands birthday and they surprised us with a cheesecake and birthday banner. Always smiley and helpful! Location of hotel was handy and close to Khao San Rd (very touristy), and the Muay Thai arena. You could also catch the bus to go to nearby markets. Breakfast was included and we enjoyed it. Something simple to kick start our day. Will definitely book here again. Highly recommend!

The beds were quite firm and I only saw that the hotel provides toppers the day we checked out so you can definitely request it but I managed ok with the firm bed during our stay.

The property is well maintained, when room service is requested everything is changed and restocked. We stayed for a week and came back to a clean room every day. Very attentive and respectful staff.
