There was miscommunication regarding the check out time, a message on booking.com said check out was at 11:00 the 17th March, at 10:15 a woman. Came barging in yelling you guys had to be out without even greeting anyone.

The property was exceptionally good. Beautifully decorated and furnished. Extremely comfortable. So quiet! We would definitely recommend it and would not hesitate to rent it again.
The fan in the main bedroom did not work and there were no bedsheets for a cooler covering. We had to stir our food (while cooking) with a tablespoon and we had to serve the food with a tablespoon. There were a number of things missing - things that one generally expects from a rental unit, such as: bed sheets for hot weather, serving spoons, wooden spoon, potato peeler, egg lifter, teapot, tablecloth or placemats. The most obvious thing missing were ice trays! There was no ice and we ended up buying ice trays and leaving them there.

Very good location, friendly people and good communication.
Had a good and comfortable stay.
It was a bit hot in the accommodation a lot of ventilation going through. But fir winter stays it shouldn't be a problem. Suggest maybe a good strong floor fan could be considered fir hot summers.
