A perfect hotel in every way.

Nothing to complain about.

Good location and a nice view on Campo Grande depending on the floor you are on. Facilities are still in good condition.

Communication with staff beforehand and during our stay was either inexistent or very complicated which we did not expect from a 5-star hotel. Early check in request was not responded to (would have been absolutely no problem if they told us it is not possible) even though we reached out several weeks in advance, the week of, the day before through their various channels they refer to. We had a problem with our room door not closing properly and once even being widely open when returning and staff was unfortunately very incapable of managing the situation. We had to request them to look into it three times until we gave up without a proper answer. Just make sure to double and triple check your doors when you shut them ;)
