What I liked most about my stay was the kindness and friendliness of the staff and host. They were welcoming and willing to help when issues came up.
The accommodation is very humid, and mold developed on some of my personal belongings during my stay. The host tried to help with this, which I appreciated, but unfortunately, a hat I had brought from the Philippines lost its shape in the process.
There is also very little natural light in the room. The cleanliness upon arrival could have been better, and I encountered cockroaches during my stay. The mini freezer also barely gets cold.
One small but disappointing detail: on my first day, I was told that the remaining 13,000 VND in change would be returned to me, but it never was.
