Super cozy room, great size. Nice and clean. Great communication with the owner. Amazing location, close to city centre and supermarkets.

Very clean, all smelling fresh and nice. It was my 2nd stay in this room and I m again very grateful how it all was. Its a lovely landlord I can really recommend. Very happy!!! Thanks again

The location was great. Not too busy but close to everything in Inverness.
The room was exceptionally clean and the communication with the owner prompt and I was able to leave my luggage before the room was ready.

Newly refurbished and very clean
The sloping ceiling was too low and it's easy to hit your head. A tall person would find have real problems with the low ceiling. The 'fridge' was miniscule and just big enough for a small carton of milk. The bed was too soft.
