It had what we always look for on a stay away for work , good kitchen , relaxing lounge , excellent beds and a powerful shower.
Not allowed to enter the garden. Whilst the weather is holding out it's always nice to site and chill with a coffee after a long hard day.
Please note that the garden is not a game changer , but would have been nice.

Had all the facilites needed for our short strip, heating was good, so nice and warm as this was a winter stay. great location for access to the QE2 hospital Birmingham.
Bigger dining table would be appreciated, but good enough for our group of tthree. Couldn't find central heating instructions, but super fast response from host when asked about operation.

If you are staying in the Northfield area, this property is perfect. It is a comfortabhle space, clean andperfectly functional.

My family liked the clean, beds, parking area, kitchen items such as spoons, pots, plates, gas, tea facilities, bath towels, and clean bed sheets. They were happy.
We just needed extra beds pillows and more space in the kitchen, as we realised at dinner time that more than two people could not comfortably fit in the kitchen area.
