Located on 41st St just a quick walk to the sand you are never far from the Action. Directly out in front of the Home is the beach where you will find Volleyball Courts and a Bike Path which will jet out onto the beach a few blocks down at 36th.
From this location you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula, balboa island, or down to Huntington Beach (45-minute bike-ride one direction) along the oceanfront boardwalk. However, with more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, electric boat/jet ski rentals, Surfboard/Stand-Up-Paddle-board Lessons all in the area you will never need to travel far!
Although you may be looking for a quiet getaway, the action is never more than a Walk/Bike Ride away. This property accepts one (1) pet with a fee of $399 plus tax and applicable fees. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Certain breeds may not be permitted at the discretion of the property manager. Pets must not be left unattended. If a pet becomes a nuisance, including excessive barking, or poses a threat to other residents or guests, you may be required to remove the pet or your reservation may be canceled without refund. As advertised, clean, short walk to the boardwalk and only steps to a great spot on the beach.

Heads up! No A/C. I didn’t see that detail when I originally booked. But I did book with some situational haste. So perhaps I just overlooked. That being said they had several floor fans in the house to keep the rooms cool all day. I put four stars for accuracy of online listing because it says it’s newly remodeled. But it clearly is not. I didn’t see one thing that looked new, but everything was functional. We were pleased and had everything we needed. The property management company was phenomenal and entry and exit was easy.
