The owners are so sweet. Sitting right on the water which makes it a bit like a cottage. It’s clean and basic but perfect for a short stay and walkable to all of cute Campbellford. Road trip stop over, working in the city, or a mini trip to the cute city.

Staff were very considerate. We were there too early but they checked us in right away

Our room was clean and attractive, the mini fridge worked great, even the freezer. Complimentary water, cookies, and coffee were appreciated. The shower pressure was excellent! The staff were friendly and responsive. The setting is beautiful and charming, right on the river. I'm hoping to stay at the Water's Edge every time I visit this lovely area.
