Upscale beach decor throughout begins with the entry level bedroom that has a queen size bed with en-suite full Bath and 32" flat screen TV. It is located off the inviting entry along with entrance to the two car garage. The Living Level offers a granite gourmet kitchen, a casual breakfast bar, formal dining, open living area with 55" flat screen TV, a convenient half bath and expansive BBQ/ dining balcony. Located on the third level are the Cal-King master bedroom with a spa like en-suite master bath and 50" flat screen TV. The second queen bedroom has a 32" flat screen TV and is located next to another full bathroom. A full size washer and dryer are located on this level, along with access to the rooftop dining, ocean view deck.

We overall liked the place. It is exactly as they described. The only real issue was the pullout bed. It was broken. It took awhile to get it out. And since our stay wasn't that long waiting to get a replacement wasn't really a good choice for us. They did offer to try and help but we didn't feel it was beneficial to us.
