120 square meter apartment in one of the best urbanizations in Tarifa. Located at the entrance of the town and a few meters from Los Lances beach, it has gardens and a communal pool (open from June 15 to September 15). The historic center is about a 15-minute walk away.
In addition to the spacious living room, which has stunning views of the sea and the African coast, it has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom and the second with two single beds.
It also has a bathroom with shower and a separate kitchen, with everything you need to cook in the accommodation: 4-ring ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, crockery / cutlery, kitchenware, coffee maker and toaster. ...
The terrace has outdoor furniture where you can relax in this special enclave.
It has an elevator, internet access (wifi), A/C in the living room, electric radiator heating and a garage in the same building.

Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt perfekt (nahe zum Strand und Supermarkt). Es waren immer ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Die Organisation beginnend mit der Buchung bis zur Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte sehr gut.
