All Decked Out | Carlton Landing on Lake Eufaula- 61 Center Lane South

Welcome to All Decked Out, where lake town luxury meets timeless charm. Perfectly situated along the picturesque Lincoln Square Park in Carlton Landing, this newly built retreat offers the ultimate setting for families and friends looking to relax, reconnect, and create lasting memories at the lake.

From the moment you step inside, you’ll be greeted by an inviting open-concept living and dining area, thoughtfully designed with comfort and style in mind. The fully stocked kitchen is a dream for chefs of all levels, complete with high-end appliances and all the essentials needed for memorable meals shared around the table.

The first floor also features a tranquil King Master Suite — your own private haven after a day of adventures. Just beyond the living area, the expansive wraparound porch invites you to slow down and soak in the views of Lincoln Square Park. Relax on the classic porch swing with a cup of coffee in hand or unwind with a glass of wine as the sun sets over the community.

The second story is equally impressive. Here, you’ll find a spacious King Suite with its own private bathroom, along with a cozy Queen bedroom and an additional full bathroom featuring a tub and shower combination — perfect for families traveling with children. Step outside onto the second-floor wraparound porch, where ample lounge seating and a foosball table create a perfect backdrop for both relaxation and a little friendly competition.

A charming spiral staircase leads you to the third-floor loft — a space designed with imagination and comfort in mind. Under the round loft window, you’ll find a California King bed, a Twin-over-Queen bunk, and two sets of Twin XL bunks tucked away to the side. This versatile area offers the ideal hangout for kids or anyone young at heart — whether it’s movie nights, games, or simply unwinding after a day on the water.

Throughout the home, you’ll find thoughtful touches that blend upscale amenities with the warmth of lake town living. High-end furnishings, soft linens, and beautiful finishes create an atmosphere that feels both luxurious and welcoming.

Beyond the home itself, Carlton Landing offers a vibrant, walkable community with parks, a community pool, local shops, and, of course, the sparkling shores of Lake Eufaula just a short stroll away.

At All Decked Out, every detail is designed to help you live in the moment — to savor porch swings and starlit nights, laughter around the dining table, and the simple beauty of a lake town escape. Whether you’re here for a family vacation, a holiday gathering, or a quiet weekend retreat, your next unforgettable chapter begins here.
