Parking: Designated parking space in driveway. 1 Car Max. Additional car can park on the street.

Welcome to our beautifully designed brand-new guest house in the heart of Southern Oregon! This thoughtfully curated space features an open-concept living room, full kitchen, and dining area with soaring 10’ ceilings, creating an airy and inviting atmosphere.
The bedroom offers a Casper queen bed, flat-screen TV with Roku, and a spacious closet, while the full bathroom includes a relaxing bathtub & tiled shower. Tall windows provide plenty of natural light, and dependable high-speed WiFi ensures you stay connected. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook and dine with ease. Coffee provided.
Stylish yet cozy, this modern retreat is perfect for a relaxing getaway or a comfortable work-from-home stay.
Central Point is a small, walkable town with easy access to nearby cities and attractions. Driving is the most convenient way to get around, with Highway 99 and I-5 just minutes away. Rogue Valley Transportation District (RVTD) buses provide public transit to Medford and surrounding areas. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are available, as well as local taxi options. The Medford Airport (MFR) is just a 10-minute drive, making travel easy for visitors.
Property is an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) located on an alley lot and does not have its own mailing address. Exact navigation coordinates and detailed arrival instructions will be provided upon booking confirmation. You’ll have everything you need to find us easily.
There are no shared spaces. Guests will have the entire property to themselves.
We allow 1 small dog for a $25 fee.

Mail & Package Policy: We do not allow mail to be sent to this property. Exceptions may sometimes be made for packages, but you must contact us in advance to confirm if it's permitted before shipping anything. Stay Rogue Co-Hosts is not responsible for lost, delayed, or missing mail or packages.

This was an absolutely wonderful place to stay. It’s was clean and inviting. Such attention to detail! Thoughtful little amenities added to the charm of the little house. Centrally located which made it easy to explore. We highly recommend this place!

Absolutely excellent in every way! Very private, easy check-in process even after a 10 hour drive we got there late and it was just a key code and it was great! Really thoughtful and functional decor and space! Extremely courteous and informational communication with the host! Couldn’t have been happier! Highly recommend
