The apartment features two bedrooms: one with a double bed, and the other with two single beds, making it ideal for families or small groups. The bright and spacious living area includes a comfortable sofa bed and a well-equipped kitchenette, perfect for feeling at home.
The highlight of the property is the beautifully furnished terrace with a sea view—the perfect place to unwind at sunset, enjoy breakfast with the sea breeze, or have dinner under the stars.

The late check-in fee is optional. If you choose not to take advantage of it, we will send you instructions to access the property and arrange an appointment to meet you the following day. Alternatively, the cost for check-in between 8:00 PM and midnight is Eur 100.00.
The apartment does not have private parking. You can park in the nearby streets.White lines indicate free parking , while blue lines indicate  paid parking .

If the guest fails to dispose of waste upon departure, an additional fee of €200.00 will be charged.
After booking, guests will be asked to register on our website, entering the required information and signing a rental agreement, as required by Italian law.
Guests are kindly asked not to feed stray animals or allow them to enter the house.Any damage to persons or property resulting from failure to comply with this request will be considered the guests’ responsibility.
