St. David's House was a coffee tavern in the 1880s. It's located in the bustling heart of beautiful Cranbrook, close to Union Mill, a working windmill which you can see from the bedroom. A minute's walk takes you to local pubs, restaurants, cafes, and independent shops. The Apartment is spacious, with an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge, bathroom with bath & shower, one bedroom with King size bed, & a comfortable double sofa bed in the lounge if needed. The kitchen is well equipped with induction hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The lounge/diner is furnished with two sofas and an armchair, a log burner, TV with Amazon Firestick, desk, and a dining table to seat four. The Apartment has full fibre broadband with 500mbps up/down speed. Private secure parking available, or there's free public parking. Well behaved pets are welcome, and there are lots of routes for dog walking.

The medieval city of Canterbury and its ancient Cathedral thrills visitors with an interest in history. Or just take a drive and meander through the lanes and oasthouses to visit Kent's historic and lively market towns, and award winning coastal resorts.
