Perfectly situated nestled between mountains and coast in the quiet village of Talysarn on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park.. 1 step to entrance.

Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet
First Floor:
Bedroom: Double (4ft 6in) Bed. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: No children under 5 years old.. You’re greeted by a spacious semi-detached cottage surrounded by countryside views. There’s an open plan kitchen, which is fully equipped for your stay, dining and living area, along with shower room. On the first floor is a spacious double bedroom. There are walking opportunities from the door, and historic Caernarfon is close by with its impressive castle and fine selection of pubs, shops and restaurants; it is also the start of the Welsh Highland Railway for scenic journeys into the heart of the Snowdonia National Park. Perfect for a romantic break away. A drive eastwards from the cottage through the Nantlle Valley takes you to Rhyd Ddu, the starting point of one of the footpaths to Snowdon and also a station on the Welsh Highland Railway. Beaches just down the road such as the award wining Dinas Dinlle. The Llŷn Peninsula is within easy reach, as is the beautiful isle of Anglesey.
Ty Mawr 2 (UK36549) can be booked together with Ty Mawr 1 (UK36545) to accommodate up to 4 guests.

A lovely cottage which did me fine for four nights.A little tricky to find initially but a phone call to Claire the owner helped out.Quite basic but clean, the wi fi a bit temperamental but easily sorted.A nice location on a main road but not disturbed by traffic noise.I would definitely recommend to friends and will stay there again.
