The overall experience was excellent. The communication with Andrei was better than most. Location and all amenities at the house were very good. We had 3 married couples and two younger adults. There was plenty of room and space for everyone sharing two full bathrooms. Kitchen and open living area were mainstays for everyone and the hot tub was a great extra on a couple of the cooler evenings! Washer and dryer were also very handy. Great property would recommend to anyone going to the Cape.

This place was just what I needed for my stay — not fancy, but clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, just a short walk to my family’s house. We especially appreciated the large kitchen table where everyone could gather and the nice fire pit for evenings outside. Check-in and check-out were simple, and I liked that no cleaning was required before leaving. Overall, a convenient, comfortable, and easy stay

The house was perfect for our group of 6. Clean, great communication from the host, and a nice backyard with a hot tub and firepit, which we enjoyed every night. Quiet residential neighborhood, a 5min drive to groceries. Great place to stay!
