I have always had a great experience at Grand Crown. This condo was clean & convenient to the local amenities.

The check in process was ok. In order to get your parking pass you have to talk to someone about signing up for a timeshare presentation. The room looked clean but when you walked around barefoot your feet were black. I wore my flip flops the rest of the week. We signed up for the presentation. Later in the week I had to reschedule for a different day which they were accommodating but the signed me up for the wrong day. When we showed up for our scheduled time there were no openings and they basically just said sorry you wasted your time. We were there for a baseball tournament and could not do another day. We received nothing for their mistake or for our time.
