Our fully equipped and beautifully designed home is ideal for both short and long-term stays. You'll have the entire house to yourself—no shared spaces—ensuring complete privacy and comfort.

Enjoy a bright, open floor plan with a large, fully stocked kitchen that includes pots, pans, plates, mugs, utensils, a coffee maker, water boiler, microwave, spices, and more—everything you need to cook and dine comfortably.
The living room features a cozy couch and a selection of board games for relaxing evenings in.
Restful Bedrooms
Each bedroom is designed for comfort, with cozy beds, ample natural light, and closet space complete with hangers to keep you organized.
Bathroom
Our bathroom come with hand soap, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and hair dryers—so you can travel light and still feel at home.

We’ve added a variety of modern conveniences, including:

House Rules
To ensure a high-quality stay for all our guests, we have established the following house rules:
PLEASE DO NOT DISTURB TENANTS IN FRONT UNIT.
Safety First: Please unplug all unused appliances (like hair curlers and laptop chargers) when leaving the home. Remember to turn off the stove, oven, and AC/heater as well.
Supervision: Children must be supervised by adults on the property at all times.
No Shoes: Please refrain from wearing shoes inside the property.
No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside or outside premises of the house. A $1,000 fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking, which will be used for cleaning and air treatment.
No Parties or Events: Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are not allowed. We reserve the right to cancel reservations without refund and impose a minimum fine of $1,000 for violations.
Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is from 4 PM to 12 AM (late check-in fees apply after 10 PM). Check-out is at 10 AM. A late checkout fee of $200 will be applied without an explicit prior agreement for a late checkout.
Guest Limit: The property accommodates up to 4 guests. Any additional guests will incur a fee of $10 per night per guest, with a maximum capacity of 6.
Delivery Restrictions: Please do not have mail or packages delivered to the property. Use a nearby pickup location instead.
Furniture Arrangement: Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
Electronics Policy: Do not unplug any electronics (such as TVs, cable boxes, or lamps).
Storage Requests: Pre-checking bag storage is only available upon request and for a fee, when possible.
Deposit Policy: We reserve the right to retain your security deposit if these rules are broken.
Neighborhood Respect: This is a friendly and quiet neighborhood. Please respect the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum. No loud music or outdoor gatherings after 9:30 PM. If we receive complaints, you may be asked to leave without a refund.
Noise Monitoring: For your comfort and safety, we’ve installed a Minut device to monitor noise levels, temperature, and humidity. This device does not record audio or video, ensuring your privacy while maintaining a peaceful environment.
Pet Policy: Due to severe allergies, pets or animals are not permitted on the property.
Please help us keep the drains clog-free by removing hair every time after using the shower. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilet. $500 fee will be charged every time a plumber has to be called for a clogged toilet/pipes.

We loved our stay here! This is the second year in a row we have booked this home and it exceeds expectations every time. Great location. Close to downtown Mountain View restaurants and an easy drive up to Palo Alto and Stanford. We love the extras the hosts provide like basic cooking seasonings, sugar and creamer, along with kitchen must haves. The hosts were very responsive and made our stay easy. We will definitely book again

Very clean and cute, newly furnished. This was the perfect place to stay close to a concert series at Levi Stadium. Property management checked with us to make sure we had all we needed. Easy to find and check in instructions were perfect. I would def recommend and stay again!

My family of 6 adults stayed here for graduation weekend. The hosts were very response and friendly. The location is close to major freeways so it's very easy to get around silicon valley, from San Jose to Palo Alto.
