Questa casa vacanza si trova in un punto strategico per apprezzare al meglio Santa Cruz. Puoi raggiungere Pacific Avenue e Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary Exploration Center in 5 minuti a piedi. Hai un mezzo e non sai dove posteggiarlo? Nessun problema: qui trovi anche un garage coperto.

Cerchi un po' di relax? Riposati nel giardino o sulla terrazza privata. Anche se decidi di restare in casa, potrai approfittare di Wi-Fi e TV: annoiarsi sarà davvero impossibile.

Nella cucina troverai un forno, un piano cottura e un frigorifero, oltre a un kit per la preparazione di caffè/tè, un microonde e pentole/stoviglie/utensili. Qui avrai a tua completa disposizione asciugacapelli e asciugamani. We had a fantastic stay! The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Check-in was incredibly easy using the keypad to enter and lock the door. The location was perfect and very close to the UCSC campus, making it a great home base for attending graduation during a busy weekend. The host was also highly responsive and accessible via text.The home was well-stocked with toiletries, a dishwasher, and all the essentials. Just a quick heads-up to future guests: the propane tank was empty when we arrived, so we had to fill it ourselves to use the grill, but everything else was fully available. Also, because it was a busy holiday weekend, street parking was limited, but we easily fit all 3 of our cars (including a large SUV) right in the driveway.Overall, a great stay!

The house was as expected and everyone had a great time! We loved that it is walkable to the beach and boardwalk, and had plenty of parking. No issues with the amenities or space, although the lower kitchen cabinets were in a bit of disarray.
