Located in a peaceful spot at the end of the garden, this single-story 110 m² house sits at the entrance to the Cap Ferret peninsula, just minutes from the Atlantic beaches and the Arcachon Bay.



The house features a bright living room with a desk area, an open kitchen, and a dining space. There are two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed (160x200), the other with two single beds (90x190), plus a fold-out extra bed suitable for a child or teenager. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the toilet is separate.



Outdoors, enjoy a fenced 1,500 m² garden and a 50 m² covered terrace with tables, chairs, armchairs, a hammock, and a charcoal barbecue. A private driveway provides parking for several cars.
