Welcome to Broadstone Cottage!

Nestled in the heart of Valle Crucis, this historic 3-bedroom cottage invites you to step back in time while still enjoying modern comforts. Just a short stroll from the Mast General Store Annex, Valle Crucis Park, and the peaceful Watauga River, it's a perfect spot for nature lovers and history buffs alike.

Two bedrooms are located on the main level - one with a queen bed, the other with a twin—each has its own TV and share a full bathroom. After a day exploring the High Country, unwind in the cozy living room by the gas fireplace. The sofa converts to a queen bed, offering additional sleeping space for two. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals at home and includes both a Keurig and drip coffee maker.

Upstairs, you'll find a third bedroom with a king bed and its own TV. This bedroom is gently tucked beneath the sloped ceiling, along with another bathroom just down the hall.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the covered back porch with a view of the surrounding hills or relax by the fire on a cool mountain evening. Broadstone Cottage is an ideal retreat for families or friends seeking a peaceful getaway in one of North Carolina's most beloved mountain communities.
