Architect-designed house with sea view - Les pieds dans l'eau au cœur du Pays Bigouden
Located in Loctudy, this architect-designed house offers an exceptional location, just a few steps from the sailing club and the resort's most popular beach. Perfect for a vacation between ocean and nature, it will appeal to families and seaside enthusiasts alike.
The living room is warm, colorful and bathed in light, thanks to three large bay windows, one of which opens onto a balcony, offering a breathtaking view of the Loctudy lighthouse and Langoz beach. Underfloor geothermal heating ensures comfort all year round.
The fully-equipped kitchen is designed with home-cooking in mind. Everything is provided for a carefree stay: barbecue, television, Wi-Fi connection, collection of Géo magazines, board games such as Cluedo, 1000 Bornes and cards.
Travelers can use the entire house, located in a peaceful setting close to a vast fishing area. An ideal place to enjoy the coastline and recharge your batteries.
Not to be missed: an exceptional mussel fishing spot nearby, La Torche beach within easy driving distance for a day's picnic, and the brand-new buckwheat Kouign Amann from the Pont l'Abbé cookie factory, a must-taste.
