Mostly good. The place was old but very clean. Mechanically, the place was fine. The location was excellent! Kitchen was clean and well furnished. Porch/Deck was very nice.

Only issue is the water heater is low in temp. But other than that everything has been excellent. We even rebooked it!!!!!

Check in was fine, very clean. Plenty of parking. HVAC worked well.The garbage disposal did not work. The sink would not drain, so I had to use a plunger to drain the sink.Overall, very nice
