The spacious living room invites you to relax with two plush couches, a cozy day chair, and a large TV—all set against a backdrop of shimmering lake views. Slide open the glass doors to your private screened-in lanai, your own outdoor oasis perfect for sipping morning coffee or enjoying evening sunsets while overlooking the serene lake and meticulously maintained fairways.
The modern kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring a large island with barstools, abundant counter space, and sleek stainless steel appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen, a dining table for four offers the ideal setting for meals with a view.
Retreat to the primary suite, where a king-size bed and TV offer the ultimate comfort. The en-suite bathroom boasts a spacious vanity and a beautifully tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom is equally inviting, with a queen-size bed and ample space for your personal belongings. The second bathroom features a generous vanity and a convenient shower/tub combo.
Your reservation may require you to fill out a Home Owners Association application that may request personal details. Any application fees required by the HOA are non-refundable.
Please note: If another guest checks out on the same day you check in, Lakewood National amenities may not be available until 2:00 PM on the day after your arrival due to HOA processing requirements. Unfortunately, this process is outside the control of Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals.
Furry friends welcome! Up to 2 pets allowed. The pet fee for the first pet is collected through Vrbo. If you're bringing a second pet, an additional non-refundable fee must be paid directly to the management company after booking.
House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties. Vehicles with commercial names, information, or any kind of advertising are not allowed to be parked on the driveways or streets overnight.
