A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
This charming apartment is much larger than your typical studio, offering a separate bedroom and living space for a comfortable stay. Perfectly located just a few minutes’ walk from Thames Street, you’ll be close to all the shops, restaurants, and attractions of downtown Newport.
The first-floor unit features a fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals and a peaceful bedroom oasis for relaxing after a busy day of exploring. In warmer months, guests can enjoy the shared backyard with outdoor furniture, a gas grill, and a gas firepit. The apartment includes one onsite parking space, and tandem parking may be required; I’m happy to help coordinate moves if needed.
As a first-floor apartment on a busy street, some noise from cars and other residents is possible. The apartment offers speedy WiFi, towels, bedding, fixing for your morning cup of coffee, a white noise machine, and more. I am always accessible to answer questions but will give guests privacy to enjoy their stay.
This cozy retreat is perfect for a couple looking to explore Newport in comfort and style.

I stayed here for 8 days, solo traveler and first time to Newport. I absolutely LOOOOOVED this little condo that’s in a historic home. It is in the best part of town! Can walk EVERYWHERE. I didn’t have a car with me. Ubered to the mansions. I came with two 50lb bags and was able to store all my clothes on the clothes rack with a little creativity. The place is darling, super comfortable bed, Amanda was fabulous to communicate with and I was able to easily extend my stay an extra day. Would absolutely stay here again. You can hear people come into the other apartments but that never disrupted my sleep or anything like that. Thank you Amanda!

The place was as advertised and the pictures very accurate. With that said, there is very little storage space for clothing or bathroom items. We made it work but some storage and shelves in the bathroom would help.Location can not be better for Newport. Everything is in walking distance.Would stay here again.

Perfect location and parking spot a huge bonus. Studio was clean and had everything we needed. Nothing elaborate which was exactly what we wanted. Great value for location.

Location is the only pro of this place. Within walking distance of almost everything.
