Excellent location, good value for money. Lovely staff.
Cleaning wasn’t complete on arrival, mentioned at reception, no follow up.
Emergency out of hours number isn’t valid/working.
Drain in shower was fully clogged with hair so it flooded on first use, we mentioned this but had to clean it out ourselves after no one came to sort it.

The friendly staff. The post stay customer service, and the incredible location and views.
There was one issue that we were unhappy with but I won't go into details as problems occur everywhere. The fact that it was dealt with well afterwards meant that I would stay again.

Great location and amazing views. We were able to do many walks from the chalet and watch the sheep from the window 🐑
The property was a little worn and tiered in places.
