How spacious the apartment was. The safety in terms of the security walked around at certain times. The underground parking with cameras. A fully equipped little house. The host was very helpful if I needed assistance.
Lack of kitchen utensils such as: kitchen scissors, colander/strainer, grater. There wasn't a fan, rather a heater. There should be both.
The winter sheet that was put under the actual sheet made it difficult to sleep at night in terms of how hot it would get and there'd be no fan.
