L’accueil, le petit déjeuner, la chambre nettoyée tous les jours .
L’absence de taxi ! Je suis allée dans la rue pour trouver moi-même un taxi !

Location is in town. Very near Sun Plaza Mall. Convenient if decide to walk. Grab service is available all the time. Modern and beautiful hotel. Room and bathroom is clean.
Soundproof needs to be better. We can hear the loud music from the conferences room in our rooms. Facilities need to be maintained better. One of the room's heater spoilt, complaint on 1st day upon arrival, but when we checked out on 3rd day, still not functioning yet. Luckily, we have a 2nd room to loan to the 1st room to take their bath. Bathroom plastic divider's may need a thorough cleaning. water marks is everywhere on the plastic.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the location is good.
There’s a club/event hall in the building above the rooms, and they play LOUD music during the nights. We heard the music until 4am, so if you want a good nights sleep this is not the place
