Great apartment and would stay again. Clean modern apartment and good location

Road construction current taking place makes it difficult, however it is a temporary inconvenience. Would be nice if parking was an option.

The location

1. There is only one air conditioner, and it is located in the master bedroom. The master bedroom door cannot be closed because the air conditioner is expected to cool the second bedroom and the living room as well. During our stay, the temperature reached 39°C, and the single air conditioner was not sufficient to keep the apartment comfortable. We requested a fan, but the customer service representative declined to provide one. 2. Toilet paper was not replenished during our stay. When we requested additional rolls, the customer service representative informed us that replenishment was not provided. For a group of four people staying for six nights, only three rolls of toilet paper were supplied, which was clearly inadequate.
