If we could give it 11 we would. It's great value for money. It's actually a real sized 2 bedroom with living room and kitchen apartment. 2 balconies on the opposite side of the house so you can always sit under a shade. The whole aparment is fully equiped with everything you need from towels to kitcheware to toiletries. Its located in a nice and quiet location. There is always free parking on the street itself next to the apartment.
Its not a dislike, its more of a warning that if you come without a car expect a bit of a climb when you come back from the beach. For us it was fine since we had a car and the beach is 2mins away with always free parking nearby.

The location of the apartment was great. It was just about 10 minutes' walk from the beach and about 7 minutes' from the supermarket, while being very quiet at the same time. The beach itself was good too: the water was warm and the beach was sandy. It was very clean, and the host was very readily available and responsive. The apartment was rather spacious and comfortable. All rooms had individual ACs, even though we almost didn't use them because the weather was good. If we return to Nea Flogita, we will certainly stay here!
The bathroom was small, particularly the shower area.
