Das Haus war sehr schön und gut gelegen.
Alles war super

The host was more than great, the amenities were as expected. Breakfast was simple i.e. banana and eggs with a hot beverage. The location is conducive for any quick runs to CBD as well as quick access to the beach areas e.g. Masaki.
Not an issue created by the host, but the next-door neighbor operates a noisy woodwork shop and the noise was quite annoying. Needs to be reported for noise pollution.

Very spacious home, good AC in each room, nice modern facilities and decor overall. Very suitable for short or long term stays for a family or group of friends. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom so, you will not need to share!
Not a fan of memory foam mattresses—didn’t get a proper night’s sleep (only downside).
Shower area has no window, so ventilation would help prevent damp smells; a non-slip mat would also improve safety as the tiles get slippery.
The listed address doesn’t lead to the correct entrance—best to request the exact location via WhatsApp (especially if using Bolt) to avoid getting lost.

The apartment is very clean, has a nice cozy outdoor area. The TV is a good addition with netflix and fast wifi
The smaller room which i occupied didn't have a shower divide between shower and toilet so when you shower, the toilet section is also very wet.
