Great location, comfortable bed, staff were friendly and helpful

This place is right in the heart of the Old Town, which makes it very convenient for exploring the city. It’s around a 5-minute walk from the Clock Tower and about 10 minutes from Charles Bridge. The gentleman who assisted us was amazing, very friendly, and extremely helpful, which made our stay even more pleasant. One of the best features for us was the washing machine, especially as we had already been travelling through several countries. Being able to do our laundry was incredibly convenient and definitely a bonus. It’s a budget-friendly place, so you get what you pay for. Don’t expect luxury, but if you’re looking for a quite, well-located and affordable place with helpful staff and practical facilities, it’s a good option.

Beds were confortable & localisation was great.

The listing didn’t say that it was a room in a shared apartment. The heating system was not properly cleaned and had a strong smell. The water pressure and overall state of the showers was not great, two people could not shower at once.
