Fantastic location - just a short walk to the lake and ferry, the train station, and into the old town. The place was clean and the owner clearly is making an effort to make the place nice - mostly succeeding. It has a modern feel but is really only for one or two people. The wifi worked very well. the kitchen had what you needed but could do with a microwave. All the appliances and furniture are newish, and it was great to have the washing machine and dishwasher. Owner communication is good - quick responses to any questions.

The tile floor although clean had a residue from the cleaning chemical which made it slippery - particularly in bare feet - and did not feel nice underfoot for much of our stay, eventually wearing off in the main walking areas. The bed is a memory foam type mattress which I am not a fan of, but others love them. The lounge, although probably expensive and new, splits apart when you sit on it possibly due to the slippery floor.
