Everything clean great location beautiful staff

We had a great stay! The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The accommodation was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. The hospitality was excellent and made our stay in Bali even more enjoyable. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Great modern facilities, AC was icy cold and overall was just exactly like the pictures.

It’s a new villa so everything was in good condition and looked new. It was well kept and the decor was nice.

There was a lot of miscommunication that happened throughout my stay which honestly dampened my experience and time in Bali. There villas are behind a construction area which was unpleasant. Additionally, staff didn’t ensure we found the place or meet us until I called them and asked for help to find the place. There was also no water upon arriving which meant we had to shower with bottled water but it was later fixed. There was another miscommunication regarding laundry. The staff seemed kind but unprepared and unable to make our lives easier. I won’t be staying again and I hope they can become better at communicating with their guests.
