My house was being renovated so I wanted a place nearby where I could stay for the evening. This was a relatively new hotel, very clean and furnished well. Front desk staff was very friendly and attended to my needs. Breakfast was delicious and had some great options.
I expect hotels to honor their check-in times. The stated check-in time was 3:00 PM and I arrived at that time, but had to wait an additional 30 minutes to check-in because the room wasn't ready. With a checkout time of 11:00 AM, I feel that should be more than enough time to get the room ready by 3:00 PM, especially on a sunday when the number of guests are much lower. Normally I wouldn't have minded much, except that I had an engagement at 3:30 PM that I ended up being late for.

Breakfast had many options. It started on time.
Food was properly heated.
There is a bar next door that played loud music until 10pm which was annoying. Also people in other rooms were noisy and some talked in the hall in late hours. There was confusion with our booking for an extra day.
