Clean and supportive staff. Govt. Approved ayurvedic facility.
No food facility in the resort as well as the nearby area.

1. Quiet surroundings 2. very polite and receptive behaviour 3. Surprisingly reasonable charges 4. Proximity to clean Bhatye beach and zaiVinayak temple 5. availability of homely vegetarian food very next to the resort 6. availability of autorikshaw and buses although limited to go to the ratnagiri town 7. Owners arranged to provide a complimentary session of physiotherapy/shoulder massage for relaxation -quite satisfactory service of panchkarma available on request .
1. Nobody from the staff stays at the resort for more than a few hours in the morning 2. No arrangment of tea/breakfast/lunch/dinner at the resort 3. Since the caretaker staff has also to attend to other responsibilities, there is a sluggish response to suggestions/help offered .I feel that at least one educated person is much needed to stay on campus for imroving even the cleanliness and maintenance.
