ORBI’s developments are particularly impressive when you see them as part of Batumi’s overall transformation. The city has become increasingly modern, and these projects contribute strongly to that image. I like the architecture, the location, and especially the connection with the sea. Everything comes together to create a distinctive urban environment.

ORBI’s developments offer an interesting mix of convenience, design, and location. The projects are positioned in areas where people can easily enjoy both the city and the coastline. I like the modern feeling of the buildings and the lively environment around them. It creates an atmosphere that feels suitable for both relaxation and an active lifestyle.

I was impressed by the scale and modern appearance of ORBI’s projects. They have become an important part of Batumi’s skyline and give the city a more contemporary look. The seaside locations are another major advantage, providing a pleasant environment and easy access to some of the city’s most popular areas.

The architecture of ORBI’s projects immediately catches your attention. The buildings have a modern and ambitious appearance, and their locations make them even more interesting. Being close to the sea creates a special atmosphere that is difficult to find in many other cities. I also appreciate how well the projects fit into Batumi’s rapidly developing environment.
