In the wine hotel's upscale restaurant, which features an outdoor terrace in summer, you can enjoy refined wine menus. Regional Riesling wines from renowned winemakers in the Saar region are also served. The Weinhotel is a great base for exploring the many wine-producing villages of the Trier-Saarburg region, and a vineyard trail begins here.
