Great location, close to everything , very clean . We liked having separate room for the kids and the toys made them very happy. I really liked all the extra towels and linen. The 2 toilet was also a bonus:)
The washing machine was a bit tricky for me all though there were instructions. I ended up using the laundromat 2 min a way from the apartment.

Everything was perfect. Clean. Spacious. Everything you need and more thought of. Fantastic.
Not super close to shinjuku central but easy enough to get there by train.

Hosts were helpful and informative. It was near a tube line and so easy to get into centre and also only a 25 min walk from Meiji stadium where we went to watch a baseball game. The property was very clean and tidy and beds were comfortable. The welcome pack of gel packs for tired legs was great :) and it was an interesting and fun concept all sleeping in the same room - as a family it worked.
Very little storage/hanging space for bags and clothes
