Beautifully decorated throughout. Open plan layout downstairs, modern kitchen, comfy corner sofa.

Enough rooms and best use of space. Clearly spent money on extending and improving property. Unfortunately, a decent sized living room seems to have been sacrificed for 4th bedroom. So you can’t really all sit together unless half of you sit in kitchen diner. That said all the properties are like that in the area and they have made it clean, comfortable and with all mod cons.
Didn’t like the stairs. Definitely needs a handrail on the left hand side as there is nothing substantial to hold on to and stairs are a little steep.

Location was good for the purpose of our weekend in Southsea.
The bedrooms were good and the dining area great.
It is in need of some general upkeep especially in the main bathroom and downstairs bedroom.
The kitchen equipment is inadequate for size of the property and what is available is of poor quality.
The downstairs toilet is directly off the lounge which is not great for a large group.
The stairs don’t have a banister which is not ideal.
