Well organized self check-in, detailed instructions provided a day before the arrival, very convenient location, 25 mins walk from the airport, 2 mins walk from the central station of Pisa.
2 elevators available in the building, small supermarket right next door.
The room is of nice size, same for the private bathroom. Both the bed and the 2 pillow options to choose from were very comfortable. There's a small fridge in case you want to keep something in the room and not in the bigger fridge in the kitchen. The kitchen itself is nice, there are things that could be added (proper dish soap, there's no dishwasher as well) but we didn't use it so it was okay for us.
An iron is available though not the best one and you need to be careful when using it not to stick to your clothes.
2 things which are mentioned already and we were aware but were part of our stay as well - keeping in mind the building is on a central boulevard, it is noisy, sometimes also during the night, but it's okay with window closed.
The bad thing that we experienced for the whole week of our stay was the smell from the drain pipes. The only way to get rid of it in the room is to keep the bathroom door constantly closed but then the bathroom itself smells even worse even with ventilation system on.
For the cleanliness - I thought we'd be asked if we want bedsheets or towels changed but it wasn't the case so we stayed with the same ones for the week.
There's not a mop or anything to clean the floor in the bathroom and the room, which for couple of days is okay but for a longer period would be nice to be added.

The location was great, just in front of the main train station (Pisa Centrale), literally 3 min walk. The instructions to get in were so clear and easy to follow! The room was very big, clean and you could use the kitchen.
The building was a bit old and no toiletries were provided

easy to get in and find keys, walking distance to everywhere.
very noisy location, buses on the street and there were cleaning under our windows at 5.30am on saturday and sunday.
