Amazing location, one stop away from the Disney parks. The whole apartment was very well kept and it was overall clean and tidy. Access to the lockbox/apartment was very easy, bathroom products and a tea towel, sponge and washing up liquid were provided. Also the charging station next to the bed came in very handy!

We were given two towels, however there were no hooks on the back of the bathroom door to hang them when they were wet. The pillows were lumbar support pillows and weren’t very comfortable. The shower had calcium build up and mould on the back wall. All easily fixable. Had these been thought of, it would have been a 10/10 stay.

Great location, close to Val D’Europe RER stop and shopping centre/ restaurants etc. Comfortable bed and mini shower toiletries provided were appreciated, as well as the hair dryer.

Instructions to pay the €200 holding deposit were not clear - we had almost arrived at the property and still had not received a link to pay the deposit and get the key. In the end we had to contact the emergency WhatsApp (who did respond fairly quickly), but clearer instructions would have been welcome. The room also had a very strong cigarette smoke smell - we believe this may be due to a neighbour but I found it quite overwhelming. We had to go and buy an air freshener to mask the smell. Some hooks in the bathroom to hang up towels to dry would be welcome too!
