Pool was cold

It is a fairly new hotel with a lovely open concept and well trained staff and management. The rooms were very spacious. The open dining area lived out to the pool patio. Food was very tasty.

The bathroom was a little uncomfortable due to a misplaced shelving right in front of the toilet. My husband got his head twice on it. I suggested they move it much higher.

What a fantastic hotel in a beautiful town. The rooms were large, clean and well appointed with large and comfortable beds. The dining and bar options were extensive and the breakfasts were lovely. Having a pool was a bonus, although it was a little chilly. The hotel is slightly further out of town than other options, but this made it very quiet and peaceful, and taxis/transfers are really available and well priced. But what really made this place was the people and staff. Always there to greet you with a smile and they couldn't go further to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. One of our party has coeliac disease and the waiting and catering staff did everything they could to understand their needs and ensure she could eat safely with minimal risk of gluten contamination. Thank you for a fantastic five day stay in Victoria Falls.
